The inner cotton layer is dermophilic and hypoallergenic. The Knee Cap with Patellar Ring absorbs moisture and transports to the outer nylon layer where it gets evaporated, keeping the skin cool and comfortable. The silicone patellar ring eliminates pressure on the patella.
